You will receive five certifications through this program.  The LeadEx certification is issued immediately after you complete the four certification programs below. You do not need to take a 5th certification exam, only the exams associated with each of the four tiers:

• Strategic Organizational Leadership Certified (SOLC)
• Diversity Management Certified (DMC)
• Certified Corporate Ethics Manager (CCEM)
• Project Management Qualified (PMQ)

Completing these four certifications leads to:  Leadership and Management Excellence Certified (LeadEx)
